In accordance with Article III, Section 4, of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, all exterior improvements, additions or modifications must first be pre-approved by the Architectural Review Board (ARB).  The are 3 volunteers serving on the ARB who review and decide applications.

 

Approval is obtained by submitting an Architectural Change Application to the community manager, which should detail all aspects of the project. 

 

In 2005, the Board of Directors adopted Architectural Guidelines, which serve as a supplement to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.  The guidelines outline acceptable as well as unacceptable items.  Applications are required for all exterior improvements, additions, or modifications, regardless of whether or not it is listed in the guidelines.  If you are unsure of whether or not your project requires approval, please contact the community manager, Renee Sanders at rsanders@clagett.com
