Pay Assessments Online!
Online payment of HOA assessments via a credit card or electronic check is now available. Please note that the bank charges a fee for this service. Fee amount depends on the payment amount.
The HOA is currently soliciting for volunteers to serve on the Architectural Review Committee. This committee reviews and determines the acceptability of Architectural Change Requests submitted by homeowners. The committee meets on an as-needed basis, and generally reviews application submissions via email. Please contact Heather Field at Clagett Management (hfield@clagett.com) if you would like to volunteer, or if you have any questions.
If you are interested in having your HOA dues directly debited from your bank account, please fill out the ACH form below. The form should be sent to the address at the top of the form along with a voided check. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact Heather Field @ Clagett Management @ 304-596-6630.
